My counseling style is person-centered, meaning the needs of the client comes first. A person’s life experience is unique and distinctive and I will approach you with respect, integrity, and sincerity. With guidance in incorporating the necessary tools and skills, hope can be enhanced and life can be renewed. Therefore, I believe that life is a growth experience with all parts working together to mature a healthy and whole individual. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), Board Certified Coach (BCC), Advanced Certified Autism Specialist (ACAS), Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), Board Certified Telemental Health Therapist (BCTMH), Certified Grief Counseling Specialist (CGCS), and a Certified Addictions-Informed Mental Health Professional (CAIMHP).
