I offer talk therapy, expressive arts therapy, depth hypnotherapy, shamanic counseling, and somatic ecotherapy. These practices give space for our depth, for what is hard to put in to words, and for our full aliveness.
Together we'll have the opportunity to explore deep body awareness and mindfulness, arts experiences such as listening to music, drawing, or journal writing, guided visualizations and depth hypnotherapy, applied shamanic counseling, and integrative body practices.
