Working with African American individuals on managing stress, relationships, and challenges related to identity & self-esteem are my areas of focus. I am passionate about creating partnerships with individuals, incorporating their beliefs, and building upon their strengths.
I have been helping others identify and manage their emotions, strengthen their communication skills, and navigate many of life's obstacles for over 10 years. I have previously worked with adult/juvenile detention centers, child protection services, community mental health centers, and assisted living facilities.
I received my Bachelor of Social Work degree at Mississippi Valley State University and a Master of Social Work at the University of Southern Mississippi.
When I'm not working with clients you can find me spending time with family, making Youtube videos, or reading financial books.
