My Background and Approach
I use an integrative approach which may include: Mindfulness, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, or Person Centered Therapy based on the client’s needs.

Mental health is my passion. I am here to guide you through some of life's toughest matters. I offer an open, safe and non-judgmental atmosphere to work toward healing. Since 2010, I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to treat depression, PTSD, anxiety, mood and other disorders. Clients have entrusted me to walk with them on their journey toward strength and wellness. I take an integrative approach to therapy which means your needs, preferences, and goals are matched with the most appropriate treatment type.
