About My Clients
Kairos Wellness Collective is proud to provide exceptional gold standard, science-backed, client-centered services for children, adolescents, adults, and families, struggling with OCD and other anxiety disorders, as well as ADHD and ASD. In addition to ERP, ACT, and CBT therapies, we offer adjunct holistic modalities such as Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Acupuncture, Yoga Therapy, and Mindfulness to help clients make lasting, transformative changes on their path to optimal wellness!
My Background and Approach
Each client has their own unique struggles and a distinct road to recovery. Rather than ask our clients to bounce around individual offices for their care, our center aims to bring practitioners together in a holistic space that both honors client confidentiality but also streamlines communication between practitioners by using shared health records software. Client care specialists take baseline assessments of OCD upon intake into the collective, and every few months, our specialists will continue to assess measurable progress in the treatment of OCD and anxiety. Kairos Wellness Collective features diverse modalities including acupuncture, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Yoga Therapy, Play Therapy, Forest Bathing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Therapy. While utilizing diverse approaches, all approaches featured at the center are evidence-based treatments for OCD and Anxiety
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Natalia Aniela (Blanchfield) is the Founder and Lead Therapist at Kairos Wellness Collective. Natalia is a multicultural, multilingual counselor with a modern approach, and has trained all of the clinicians at Kairos Wellness Collective to be proficient in ERP and ACT. Our therapeutic style at Kairos Wellness Collective is warm and welcoming, but also practical. We believe that therapy should be time-limited and goal-oriented. We aim to empower our clients and encourage both children and adults to be active participants in their own therapy. At Kairos, we are passionate about social justice and access to mental health care. We also love to harness the healing powers of Nature through several of our modalities and can convert any talk therapy session to a walking/hiking session. We love animals and nurturing connections with our pets. Amongst us, we have three therapy dogs who are often on duty here at Kairos Wellness Collective!
