About My Clients
I am a compassionate strengths based therapist that will help you gain insight into your own underlying thoughts, feelings and needs to work collaboratively with you to see positive changes in your daily life. It is important to me to make sure you have a safe, comfortable space where you can be your true self without judgement. Therapy can help if you are living with sadness, stress, or emotional pain or simply looking for a place to feel understood and listened to.

We will work collaboratively to identify your individual needs and create realistic goals and ways to achieve them. I work with individuals including: adults, children, and adolescents, as well as families using strengths based approaches that focus on making positive changes, coping with life's challenges and healing from past painful experiences.
