I welcome all clients seeking relief. I have worked with clients as young as 5 through older adults who have been marginalized, experienced anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma, difficult life transitions, and immigration. I would be honored to partake in your path to healing.

I practice from a person-centered, trauma informed, and culturally responsive approach to therapy. I include various modalities based on your specific needs such as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and experiential therapy. I serve as a source of support in a genuine, empathetic, and non-judgmental manner. Through a warm and safe space, I build a therapeutic alliance to help you on your journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all encounter a time where we feel insecure, overwhelmed, scared, or even lost. Sometimes these issues can become unbearable, but I believe that we can all be resilient, to heal and grow in ways that we never thought possible. Therapy can serve as a guiding hand, a tool for relief, or even just a supportive presence. My goal is to provide you with a safe space, to meet you where you are, gently challenge you, but most importantly to walk alongside you.
