As a therapist, men's mental health is a matter that I care deeply about and want to help men and boys feel comfortable getting the support they need to heal and thrive. Statistics show that 75% of all suicides are males, 84 men a week take their own life, and sadly men are less likely to get help. I want males to understand that I am here to support them in their journey to healing and provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. Men should not suffer in silence. There is hope!
