About My Clients
Whether you are experiencing conflict in your relationships, feel a lack of connection, or are simply overwhelmed by life, I am ready to go on this therapeutic journey with you. Throughout our sessions I can help you foster a strong and trusting relationship with yourself, which in turn, will help you build healthy relationships with others.
My Background and Approach
The thought of going to therapy can be scary, especially if you don’t know what to expect. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe to freely process your experiences and emotions and will answer any questions you have about the process along the way. As therapy is a deeply personal experience, we can go on this journey as quickly or slowly as you want and spend this valuable time as you see fit. Throughout our session I will utilize attachment theory along with various systems theories to positively and collaboratively address your concerns and empower you with the tools to help you face this crazy thing called life. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Having a background in physical health, I find the mind-body connection and overall wellness to be very important. So, I like to incorporate mind-body techniques, known as somatic exercises, into therapy, and I offer walk-and-talks!
