About My Clients

I want to acknowledge the vulnerability, strength, and integrity it takes to commit to working on yourself. Healing from anxiety, eating disorders, PTSD, substance use, or anything that may be taking you from your most true self is challenging and you are not alone. It is important that you are provided a safe space to heal and recover as your authentic self. I have experience helping children and adults process Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and relationship issues.

My Background and Approach

I believe in compassion, safety, and acceptance. I am committed to building therapeutic relationships where people feel challenged, acknowledged, and supported. My goal is to hold space for you to process, heal, and discover yourself without judgment. I am honored to work together to process ways in which you can align your values and actions. I utilize ACT, CBT, Attachment-based, Integrative, Mindfulness, Narrative, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution Focused and Trauma-Informed Practices.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Personal Interests: I enjoy hiking, camping, spending time with my partner, son & dogs, and I love a good cup of coffee.
