The goal is not to perfect or make problems go away, but rather to gain tools to help us deal with life's obstacles.Therapy should never be one size fits all. I approach each client as the unique individual that they are.

I strive to provide a supportive, non-judgmental, and most importantly a collaborative environment for you to grow towards your goals. I hope to help you build confidence, gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that creating insight and awareness can be incredibly liberating. I believe having someone to talk to free of judgement and full of genuine care can be healing in itself. I believe in providing support regardless of race, sexuality, religion, education, or work history. I believe therapy can include humor and be fun.
