I work with adults, young adults, and families. Specializing in issues concerning complex trauma, life-transitions, communication, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, gender identity, intimacy, intergenerational and systemic trauma. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and meditation.
