Since 1996 I have been providing direct service in the mental health field and the diversity of my experiences has allowed me to become a seasoned and skilled professional who offers a creative approach and informed perspective. I specialize in trauma recovery, PTSD, addictions, unhealthy relationships, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, phase of life issues, burnout, compassion fatigue and secondary trauma. I use an integrative approach of psychodynamic therapy, experiential therapy, mindfulness, strengths based, EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, IFS- Internal Family Systems, Hakomi method, DBT- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and CBT.
