I am engaging and interactive in our session and place a huge emphasis on guiding you to be more present in your life (and in session) by pointing out how you are thinking, feeling, and behaving so we can connect and focus on your experience.
I offer holistic & integrative therapy that’s meant for you. I utilize a mindfulness approach to help you get to the root of understanding your current challenges, identify unhelpful patterns of anxiety/fear, become more present in your life, & build insights to make changes in your life towards inner peace, balance, and joy on a mind, body, & soul level. I supplement our sessions with the use of digital content, podcasts, books, and outside of session activities.
