I specialize in helping over-achieving & over-worked first-generation students and professionals navigate anxiety & stress, overcome life changes & transitions, and learn skills to prioritize their wellbeing. I utilize a mindfulness-based approach that recognizes your past, present, & future, and am passionate about supporting you to become aware of your inner strength & realize your greatest potential with authenticity & fearlessness.
My Background and Approach
You can expect me to be warm, interactive, curious, engaged, and deeply-affirming of your experience. It is my intention to be as present with you in our session, making sure you feel listened to and understood. My interactive, and sometimes direct style, can help challenge you to gain insight into unhelpful patterns that no longer serve you. I hope to join you in your journey towards self-awareness, healing, and empowerment so you can be your favorite self! I make sure to assess what treatment approach will best meet your needs, drawing from evidenced-based interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance-Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, trauma-informed work, and spirituality & Holistic techniques. I supplement our sessions with the use of digital content, podcasts, books, and outside of session activities.

You deserve to feel liberated from anxiety, fear, self-limiting constructs and unhelpful patterns that are getting in the way from living the life you want to live. Ultimately, we all deserve to live as our authentic self and discover what really brings you joy. I am passionate about facilitating mindfulness and transformative healing practices, empowering skill-building, and modeling curiosity and acceptance for our experience. I am not an expert on your life. I am not here to tell you what to do, but to collaborate and support you in identifying how you want to participate in your life in a way that makes sense for you. Together we will work towards improved self-understanding and compassion for your present day challenges and insight to make changes in your life for growth & healing in mind, body, and soul.
