About My Clients

The majority of my clients are college students or young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or having some difficulty adjusting to transitions in their lives. My goal is to provide support, offer a different perspective, and arm individuals with the tools to manage life's challenges more effectively.

My Background and Approach

My background is eclectic, meaning that I pull from a variety of treatment approaches to most effectively address your individual concerns. My approach is individualized and collaborative -- we will work together to figure out how I can best support you to make positive changes in your life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that most people could benefit from therapy at one point or another - we all feel overwhelmed at times, and the more we talk about our struggles, the more connected we become. I believe that creative outlets are important. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and that humor can be healing. I'm an animal lover, with a rescue-cat-turned-therapy-cat who may pop up onscreen during video sessions. During non-COVID times, he and I volunteer through PAWS of CNY. I believe that finding a therapist who is the right fit for you is essential. Please reach out if you have any questions or would like to know more about how I can help!
