Anxiety is very common. My anxiety knowledge includes the training I've used for about 9 years. I utilize CBT, Brainspotting, and Neurofeedback theories to treat it. Anxiety holds us back from achieving what we want to achieve because of panic attacks, automatic negative thoughts, distorted cognitions, etc. Utilizing the coping skills and going deeper in the parts of our brain where anxiety resides heals those symptoms.
Depression causes us to lose ourselves. Depression can be scary, especially if we are experiencing suicidal ideation, but there are many reasons to live. If you can only think of one, THAT IS ENOUGH. I've seen cases where major depression is not so major when we process through CBT, Neurofeedback and Brainspotting.
Relationships are suffering especially since covid, but there is hope. I've worked with hundreds of relationship types, not just marriages. We all need assistance some times because we are always individuals trying to connect with other individuals. So, through Brainspotting, CBT and Nerurofeedback, it's time to make our relationships better.
I am a certified Neurofeedback provider. I use Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS) to treat many symptoms. LENS lifts suppression’s and lifts compensations that our minds create to protect us. The two modes of Brainspotting are activation and resource. Our emotions and feelings give language to our experiences and what’s going on. The Allocortex is the part of the brain that gives us access to our emotions and helps with regulation, it has access to parts of the brain that help with emotions and it is a covering of the limbic system. That's the part we tap into to heal trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, etc.
