About My Clients
I enjoy working with adolescents and families as well as couples who desire to find help and resolution. My other focus is helping couples who want to understand and love their partner better to enhance their marriage; or couples, who are in conflictual relationships that are struggling with disconnection and isolation. My passion is to come alongside young men in the process of self-discovery to help grow in awareness of themselves by helping to bring resolution through healing and growth.
My Background and Approach
I come from a Christian background. And I operate from a Family Systemic and attachment-based perspective where generational family dynamics and influences shape each person’s story and how they are in relationship with themselves and others. I primarily utilize internal family systems, experiential therapy, EMDR and emotionally focused therapy approaches to help build awareness and bring lasting change through healing.
