My Background and Approach
Meredith has a passion for helping others. Meredith is collaborative and sincere in her approach to finding the way to best support each client. She utilizes evidence-based practices to serve her client’s needs. She doesn’t believe in one therapy model to treat all clients; she understands that each client system is different. Meredith believes in looking beneath the surface at an issue or area of struggle. She challenges her client’s to think with balance and compassion. Meredith enjoys working with individuals, families, and couples of all ages and backgrounds. Meredith acknowledges her client’s are the experts in their lives while balancing the human need for help.
