I love to walk alongside my clients as they make discoveries, heal, and grow. I say “walk alongside” because I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you feel truly understood and our shared insights light the way.
My therapeutic style is warm, actively engaged, nonjudgmental, and genuine (including humor as appropriate). Together, we will explore your current challenges and the impact of past experiences with curiosity and compassion, and help you move forward with greater understanding, resilience, and peace.
To meet the unique needs of each individual, I work from an integrative, trauma-informed approach that draws on different therapeutic modalities including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, Gestalt, mindfulness-based, and somatic techniques.
