About My Clients
The teenage years are filled with anxieties of self discovery and identity. As a young adult you may have parts of yourself you feel like you must hide. You may feel like there are conflicts with who you are, and how you currently present in the world. You may be coming to a deeper understanding of your gender or sexual identity. This can be a scary time that can complicate your relationship with your friends and family. Together we can explore ways to find a little more ease in the journey.
My Background and Approach
I have an active imagination and a visual mind that can help you make more sense of yours. Together we can start mapping out your inner world, listen carefully to what lights you up, and begin caring for stress and exhaustion. I can help you explore internal and external stressors, resolve conflicts, and feel more connected to the here and now. I offer a collaborative space for teens and adults seeking individual or couples therapy. In addition to my clinical work, I provide organizational development consulting through the Affirmative Couch for clinics to provide more inclusive care for LGBTQIA+, consensually non-monogamous, & kinky clients.
