About My Clients
Are you struggling with disordered eating, body image concerns, or anxiety? You are not alone and therapy can provide a safe space for you to feel connected and understood. Therapy can give you the tools to understand these emotions and make positive changes in your life. Dr. Hansen will work collaboratively with you in a supportive environment to help you reach your goals.
My Background and Approach
Dr. Hansen uses evidenced based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). She completed her PhD in clinical psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and doctoral internship at Princeton House Behavioral Health in Princeton, NJ.
