What if "you're too sensitive" were taken to mean that you have a gift to hone?
You can tell me whatever you need to let go of. Then I'll work with you to gradually release it. We'll figure out the transition of leaving your comfort zone. This part can be seriously turbulent but I promise it will be worth it. Once you stop fighting that, and give it some time, we can work on getting you to really fly.
You're probably way too in your head about it. Your body does SO much. Have you tried thanking it? Humor me with this: identify a part of your body you are grateful for. Then THANK IT and notice how it feels to appreciate it. It takes a lot more work and energy to NOT be friends with your body 💜
There's no one-size-fits-all approach. One thing most people get wrong is that they don't realize how unique they are. A lot of the work I do is collaboratively painting a clearer picture of who you are, what you've been through, and forging the strength (in a nurturing environment) to wipe your lens clean from distortions that are protective yet limiting.
Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing. We'll use bilateral stimulation to systematically create new and adaptive neural networks. This will provide an opportunity for you to heal, but don't underestimate how difficult it is to take that step. It involves change and discomfort. There's something better waiting for you, but it's not just about waiting. We can also proactively work on creating your next phase through a future-oriented application of EMDR I've designed.
