My Background and Approach
My background working with children, adolescents, and families to navigate the unique challenges facing military, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC+, foster, and adoptive individuals and families, has provided me with deep understanding and expertise to support you on your individual wellness journey. I utilize an eclectic therapy approach tailored to meet each client's goals and integrate evidence-based therapies with modalities such as experiential, adventure-based, and expressive-arts therapies to provide congruent, meaningful experiences.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy is a challenging process. Trusting someone with your fears, painful experiences, and desires for greater health and wellness for yourself and your family is not a decision you make easily. I approach the therapeutic relationship with this understanding and believe it serves to promote self-growth through creative collaboration.
