My clients are ready to make changes and decrease their maladaptive coping strategies. I work with individuals who are dealing with trauma, major life transitions, and chronic stress.

My approach is rooted in the concept that people will do well if they can. I meet you where you are at and let you tell your story at your own pace. When appropriate, I aim to gently identify and perhaps challenge belief systems or coping mechanisms that are not serving you or that are getting in the way of being the best version of yourself.
