About My Clients
I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and life stages around developing self-compassion, grounding and regulation, and orienting towards values. I have a particular interest in working with neurodiversity, queerness, chronic illness, pregnancy and parenting, and anxiety.
My Background and Approach
My work pulls from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, and others. In my previous work I was a birth and postpartum doula, and I am currently licensed as a social worker in the state of Minnesota.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe strongly in each person's innate strengths and the importance of building relationships to help explore life's challenges. My practice is grounded in sex positive, anti-oppressive, and liberation ethics.
