I celebrate and empower you to explore and express who you really are. I get how exhausting it can be to find supportive spaces where you have the freedom to let your identity expand and evolve. I hold a space that is supportive, affirming, and creative. I'm not a therapist who aims to fix you or find solutions. Instead, I help you learn how to be with your emotions and body sensations so that you can reconnect to your own inner strength and experience transformation. I keep it real, and hold space where we can name and acknowledge systems of oppression. Through somatic therapy, we explore your present moment experience via your thoughts, emotions, sensations, memories, and body movement. As a trans, non-binary therapist, I hold how systems of oppression and transphobia impact how gender expansive and queer folx feel about our bodies. I honor where you are moment-by-moment and give your body and mind space to feel.

I also work with relationships, including poly and open. Often, my clients seek out relationship therapy feeling disconnection - disconnection from their partners, disconnection from themselves, and disconnection from their relationship. You may be feeling like your relationship has reached an impasse - conflicts feel unsolvable, and you’re not sure where to go from here. You may be navigating a major transition in your relationship, and aren’t sure how to find your way back to each other. Or maybe things are going ok, but you’re wanting to experience deeper connection and intimacy. Whatever has brought you to therapy, I’m here to help you and your partner navigate a pathway back to connection. In addition to relationship therapy for romantic partners, I also hold sessions for pairings of all kinds: caregivers and children, siblings, friends, and family members.
