About My Clients

I work with all age groups and all cultures. I have been training in the field since 2014 on how to assist with problems which exist in different age groups and cultural walks of life. My goal as your therapist is to support you unconditionally and develop a professional treatment plan to help you get to a better place in your life. Regardless of age, gender, religion, and ethnicity, I am devoted to be of service and will explain the process of therapy in our first meeting.

My Background and Approach

In 2016 I received my B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior from University of California, Irvine. In 2019 I received admission into a M.A. program in Marriage and Family Therapy with Emphasis in Professional Clinical Counseling from Touro University. In 2020 I was awarded with an expert level certification in life coaching to enhance my practices as a therapist. Currently I am working as a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee and will soon be licensed in the state of California. I have trained in therapy approaches that have been tested and proven to work. Using my education and professional experience, I intend on giving you my full undivided attention and co-creating a plan towards your success.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California as a first generation American. I've grew up with Persian and Judaic teaching, and through time I have developed my own belief system which encompasses parts of many religions and desire to be good. I believe in human rights for all individuals such as the right to be at peace and be happy. I believe that sometimes it's not easy to acquire these without outside help, and outside help in the form of therapy is available for those in need. There's other sources of outside help too which can be combined with therapy or sought on its own; whatever works for you. On my free time I like to cook, garden, watch movies, and go walking on scenic hiking trails with friends and family.
