My Background and Approach
There is little doubt that creativity and psychological health are intimately connected. I specialize in several therapeutic techniques, including talk therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices, among others. I am thrilled to offer Brainspotting and EMDR therapy, two clinically proven therapeutic models that can help reduce performance anxiety, fear, depression, and assist with working through past trauma. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, as well as a Classical Guitarist and Astrophotographer in the Chicago area. My passion for music, science, art, and technology plays an important role in my overall mental health and helps to inform my therapeutic practice.
