Sometimes our thoughts can get us down. But just by thinking about an issue in another way, we feel better. I help clients see new perspectives on the issues that are troubling them. Once you can see things in a new way, different emotions could surface enabling you to take different action.
You are the expert in your own life. I am trained to be the expert at asking questions that get you to discover the knowledge you have about you and your life. I create a non-judgmental space where my clients can explore their deepest and most sensitive issues.
My clients are taught new coping skills and ways to tolerate difficult emotions. Sometimes, it helps to come to a place of acceptance of the things we cannot control. Trying to control something we cannot change is never a win! I help clients even out the highs and lows, so that you become better able to manage emotions.
Sometimes burnout can get the best of us. You may be excellent at what you do, but the constant demands of your career take a toll. You may feel dissatisfied and underappreciated for all the hard work you put in. As a certified Kundalini yoga teacher, I understand the importance of self-care in the face of stress. I aid clients in finding a passion that boosts their professional life and creates a strong life/work balance. I also have the capability to work with clients on mindfulness and yoga.
Break-ups, or even taking a relationship to the next level, has the potential to provide new opportunities for support and growth. I guide my clients as they develop an understanding of their roles in relationships and how to balance supporting someone else while still engaging in self-care.
Life transitions such as moving, changing jobs, or experiencing a significant loss can be difficult for anyone. With change, sometimes comes a fear of the unknown. I help clients develop a sense of being able to handle anything that may come their way, expected or unexpected.
