With an integrative approach, I assist clients in learning tools to become more present, to manage challenging thought patterns, and to live a life engaging in what really matters to them. As a trained yoga instructor, we may use movement in our work together, if desired. My practice is fully online, allowing you to receive therapy in the comfort of your own home.
