About My Clients

I work with adults, teens, couples, and polycules. I have in-depth knowledge of the LGBTQIA2-S+ communities, neurodiversion, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, trauma, life transitions, grief, gender exploration/affirmation, health at every size, kink, and relationship anarchy/polyamory/open relationships.

My Background and Approach

My practice is rooted in the belief that therapy is a form of liberation. Understanding your emotional landscape, locating yourself in society, and exploring capitalism’s impact on you can help find your authentic self. My work is relational, person-centered, and trauma- and strengths-informed. Each person is unique, so we will collaborate to tailor your therapy to meet your needs. I draw upon the following therapies: humanistic, attachment, liberation, feminist, and cognitive behavioral (CBT).

My Values as a Therapist

My previous work was in social justice, where I developed deep relationships with folx from diverse backgrounds. Through that experience I developed a lifelong commitment to working on my own privilege, and working to change our society. The combination of my social justice work, my own therapy, and my understanding of our collective society led me to the path of becoming a therapist.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
