I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). To facilitate change, I work to create an open and trusting space for you to share and gain insight into their authentic selves. As a mindful non-directive therapist, I work to help you become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, actions and bodily sensations through reflection and openness. I also work to provide knowledge and tools for you to better manage anxiety attacks, dissociation, depressed mood and more.
I also help client's explore the role that their social identities play in their barriers for change. Together, we can explore your the way the world interacts with you, how you interact with the world and how those things impact your ability to cope with daily life.
