Many clients experience issues and goals around needing stress reduction or moodiness, coping or resiliency, and relational troubles needing remedied. I enjoy working with a variety of clients to help them live more mindfully in love with daily practice.
PTSD may include nightmares or unwanted memories of the trauma, avoidance of situations that bring back memories of the trauma, heightened reactions, anxiety, or depressed mood: agitation, irritability, hostility, hypervigilance, self-destructive behavior, or social isolation, flashback, fear, or mistrust, loss of interest in activities, guilt, or loneliness, or insomnia. Meaningful steps can be taken to healing traumas including Polyvagal Theory.
Feelings of worry, anxiety, or fear that are strong enough to interfere with one's daily activities Examples of anxiety include panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Symptoms include stress that's out of proportion to the impact of the event, inability to set aside a worry, and restlessness.
When we practice excellent self care including our total being, our relationships, and responsible care in our environment we can optimize our life fulfillment and ultimate happiness.
The relationships we chose personally or professionally are so important to our life satisfaction. Most of us have experienced how unhealthy relationships can result in valuable lessons of wisdom, grief, or life wreckage. Sharing ourselves in healthy balanced relationships can result in valuable lessons of love and experiential life joy.
