You may be looking for help because you are facing some difficulty in your life and you feel lost. Do you feel down, sad, disappointed, or feel very anxious, or very stressed? In therapy, we will work together to understand your situation and help you in the way that you need.
My Background and Approach
I strive to provide a space that feels comfortable, safe, and supportive, wherever you are in your journey. I will work collaboratively with you to figure out what your goals are that you want to focus on in therapy. You will increase your emotional awareness and develop new skills to cope with difficult or uncomfortable emotions and life stressors. I use various modalities to fit my client's needs, but I primarily incorporate cognitive therapies and a mindfulness-based approach that can be helpful for many of the clients I work with struggling with trauma-related distress, depression, and anxiety.
