My Background and Approach
I have over 10 years of experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, children & adolescents. I have specialized training in: Gottman Method, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Systemic Family Therapy.
