I firmly believe that therapy is not easy, but that it should always feel safe. Before change can occur, I believe you must first feel truly heard and seen. I believe that our relationship serves as the foundation for the rest of our work. In the safety of this relationship, we will seek to understand and explore the challenges of the past, as well as prepare for those of the future. I will teach you evidence-based strategies that equip you to thrive in your relationship with others and yourself. We will work towards increased self-compassion and self-worth, breaking free from the chains of perfectionism and feeling like you are never enough. My therapeutic process is collaborative, and while I am not afraid to challenge you, we will always move at a pace that feels appropriate to you.
