About My Clients

Are you going through relationship issues, intimacy issues, sexuality/gender identity exploration, or trauma processing? Are you a part of the LGBTQ, ethical nonmonogamy, or kink/BDSM communities? If this resonates with you and you want support in a therapeutic space, I welcome you to join me, individually or as a relationship unit, to process and work through the obstacles. These topics have been taboo to discuss for too long. Join me in shedding the stigma and shame and in creating safety.

My Background and Approach

It is instrumental to have a therapist who is non-judgmental, supportive and accepting of what you’re going through. My passion for creating safe space allows me the opportunity to meet my clients where they are in their struggles. I approach things from an affirmative, acceptance and commitment, and relational-cultural lens. I want to work with you, as a therapeutic partnership, to develop a plan and approach that allows you to thrive in whatever that means for you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a queer, non-binary therapist, I know the importance of having space to find yourself and work through the ways that societal messaging muddies the internal waters. I am anti-oppressive systems (including, but not limited to: racism, sexism, heterosexism, monosexism, cisgenderism, ableism, classism, puritanism, etc). I understand the role of intersectionality in privilege and oppression and work to dismantle oppressive, systemic constructs.
