About My Clients

My clients are seeking therapy to help adjust, accept, and learn more about parts of themselves, the ones they love, and their community. This may look like unlearning the impacts of living in a cissexist and patriarchal society. This may also be experienced as adjusting to life after a health diagnosis.

My Background and Approach

I utilizes a queer, feminist, and humanistic lens to conduct therapy—meaning I see the potential of each person and support them in overcoming the personal and systemic obstacles to work toward reaching it. I have training and experience in a variety of theoretical approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, allowing me to tailor therapy to individual needs, knowing we are all unique and the therapeutic experience will mirror that.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am committed to creating a trusting therapeutic relationship that empowers clients through warmth, compassion, and challenging approaches. As a feminist & white, queer, cisgender woman I utilize an intersectional approach in understanding how environmental and systemic factors contribute to mental health concerns.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
I have experience with the following
  • Christianity
  • Interfaith
