About My Clients
I am a licensed mental health therapist (LMHC) in the State of Florida. I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health industry with people from all walks of life including children and family, teenagers, couples, and adults.
My Background and Approach
My expertise and interest is focused on issues related to the following: stress, depression, self esteem, family conflict, emotional disturbance, addiction including dual diagnosis, substance abuse (drug and alcohol), anger management, grief, codependency, women’s issues, and coping skills. My approach is integrative, which is a progressive form of psychotherapy that combines different therapeutic tools and styles to fit the needs of each of my clients. There is always a light at the end of the tunnel. My goal is to help guide you through this journey.
