I am a bilingual and bicultural therapist from Mexico with a master’s degree in counseling psychology. I believe helping a person heal and reach their full potential is both a blessing and a privilege, thus I offer a healing process filled with compassion, authenticity, warmth, and a non judgmental attitude. With a psychodynamic therapy framework, I provide different therapeutic techniques such as client-centered therapy, gestalt therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy, which are adapted to each client’s unique needs. My areas of specialty include: anxiety, depression, chemical dependency, trauma, bereavement, behavioral and emotional difficulties. Previous experience include working with chemically dependent clients, HIV patients, domestic violence and geriatric clients. Including work in school settings. I provide individual therapy to children, adolescents and adults.
