About My Clients
*Currently not accepting new clients* I offer a compassionate and genuine approach to therapy for people who have experienced trauma and loss, and who may be experiencing related symptoms of depression, anxiety and overwhelm that are impacting work, school, relationships, self-care and the ability to experience joy and ease in life. I work with those who are ready to persevere at their own pace and who’d like to become a more alive and vital version of the self that they’ve dreamed of being.
My Background and Approach
My approach is based on methods proven by research to be highly effective for trauma recovery. I view each person holistically, taking into account the many facets that contribute to one’s health. My style is integrative, incorporating more than one approach that is highly tailored to each person’s style, needs, and goals. I’m very present and collaborative in sessions, and believe, as extensive research indicates, that the quality of the relationship between a person and their therapist is one of the most important predictors of treatment outcome, regardless of the treatment approach.

I’m a strong supporter of social justice and human rights and actively advocate for a society that values and supports the rights, safety, and mental and physical wellbeing for all. I’m deeply committed to supporting the healing process of clients and their families who have suffered at the hands of hate crimes, bullying or discrimination of any kind.
