About My Clients

What if you could feel calm, confident, connected and in control? Even the most successful, independent, and resourceful people wrestle with inner turmoil, negative self-talk, and unbalanced relationships. What is holding you back from your goals? Whether it's low motivation, procrastination, perfectionism, or unsupportive family or friends, maybe therapy can empower you to fulfill your dreams and live your best life.

My Background and Approach

As a former mental health start-up founder and Microsoft marketer, I've seen too many people push through challenges alone for far too long without realizing they could be addressed with mental health specialists. What if therapy could help you feel like yourself again faster? As a Stanford and Columbia trained Associate Clinical Social Worker, I'm dedicated to evidence-based approaches to developing custom strategies for you to challenge self-limiting beliefs, improve relationships, plus learn to relax and enjoy your life even while under major stress.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Therapy shouldn't be a luxury, so I offer sliding scale rates based on income. My clinical medical social work at SF General Hospital, UCSF, and community mental health prepared me for supporting clients of diverse ages, races, sexual orientations, gender identities, family dynamics, and financial backgrounds. I provide a non-judgmental space for you to work through whatever is most important to you at a comfortable pace. You are in charge in our therapy room.
