I enjoy working with adults on a variety of different concerns including anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, substance use, and parenting. I specialize in working with mothers throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period and am passionate about supporting them and their families.

I have experience working with birth mothers considering making adoption plans for their children and supporting them post-placement. I have worked closely with adoptive families and those waiting to adopt. I am also interested in working with adult adoptees wanting to process their experience and identity.
I believe that everyone is capable of personal growth, no matter what life stage they find themselves in. I work with clients to determine in which areas they desire to grow and how to make this a reality!
