About My Clients
I love working with individuals who are neurodivergent, a part of the LGBTQ+ community and individuals who experience psychosis like symptoms. I live by authenticity and I love to see my clients grow into themselves and honor who they want to be in life.
My Background and Approach
I received my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University. During my time working with clients after getting my LPCA I decided to become trained in EMDR as it has been shown to one of the most effective trauma treatments avaliable. I really love working with neurodivergent folks as I was a late diagnosed ADHDer. As I have learned more about ADHD and the nuances involved it has really became my jam. Recently I have been exploring sound healing therapy through the use of quartz singing bowls and I hope up hold groups or 1 on 1 sound healing sessions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, understood, accepted, and feel like they belong somewhere. I believe that once we learn to feel comfortable with vulnerability we can learn to accept these things in life. Through this process I hope to help clients learn who they are and allow themselves to live authentically.
