Welcome, I am so glad you are here! When seeking out counseling there are many things you may be feeling. You may feel like you cannot get your overwhelming thoughts to stop circulating through your head and feel anxiety in your body. You may feel depressed and it interfering with your everyday life. You may have gone through a life changing transition and are struggling to cope with it. Through therapy, you will begin to heal from your past and begin living a life more free!
My Background and Approach
I specialize in helping teens women with anxiety, miscarriages, infertility, pregnancy, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I have completed advanced training through Postpartum Support International. Through working with you, we will begin to unravel your thoughts and emotions surrounding your experiences. Tangible coping skills will be incorporated into therapy sessions to use. Know how brave you are for seeking out therapy. Deciding to go to therapy can be a big step and it can seem really scary. In therapy, I will meet you where you are and provide a supportive and accepting environment to explore your experiences. Through therapy, you will begin to find clarity, peace and ways to cope throughout your everyday life!
