I work with each client to focus on the solutions that already have, but perhaps need to reactivate. We use your strengths and create specific goals to work towards.

I use narrative strategies to explore the stories that you tell yourself and that world tells you about how things “should” be. We then work to update these stories to be more freeing and true to who you are.

Gottman's method provides a great framework for thinking about healthy relationships. I use many strategies from Gottman particularly in relationship to improving conflict.

Our family relationships are some of the longest and most important in our lives. I work with adult families (ages 16+) to reconnect and heal from conflicts that are driving disconnection.

I believe that our partnerships can be connected, peaceful, and joyful. I will help you notice and change the patterns keeping you stuck by implementing new strategies and trying on new perspectives.
