About My Clients
I acknowledge the importance of creativity, connection, and curiosity in the healing process. Through a variety of modalities including equine assisted psychotherapy, talk therapy, somatic work, and play therapy, I am able to assist my clients in processing grief, trauma, family of origin issues, and skill building to cope with neurocognitive disorders.
My Background and Approach
Research shows that over time, we come to regret inaction more than we regret any action...What is holding you back from starting where you are to work toward a different ending? I work to help my clients process relationship difficulties, re-parenting and inner child work, processing of grief and/or trauma, parenting issues, and assist with skill building for neurocognitive disorders. We are created for connection, and I work to provide a space for each of my clients to heal and re-connect. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Assisting my clients in creating their path to healing and rewriting their stories is at the center of what I do. I partner with each of my clients to create a plan that works best for them, utilizing multiple modalities. I feel that an eclectic approach tailored to each individual helps to facilitate healing. I am a neurodiversity affirming therapist (and a member of the neurodiversity community). If this resonates with you, please reach out (email preferable).
