My therapeutic approach values cultural humility and intersectionality of identities. I am trained in anti-oppressive practice and welcome clients of all backgrounds. I am cognizant of my own positionality as a White therapist and my own identities, and am dedicated to anti-racist work. I would be honored to be apart of your journey. I am trained in anti-oppressive practice and welcome people of all genders, races, sexualities and backgrounds. I am passionate about decolonizing mental health and challenging oppressive systems. These are only some of the multiple ways in which my education and passions have culminated in bringing social justice to the heart of my therapeutic work.
