My Background and Approach
I am certified as a trauma practitioner, anxiety expert and family systems social worker. I use mindfulness & body-based techniques to teach you how to be relaxed and reduce stress! I am currently becoming EMDR certified. (EMDR is a specific approach of therapy to treat trauma and PTSD.)
